Living Longer Living Stronger - Strength Program (LLLS)
This is a program for people aged 50+. It follows a progressive resistance training format, which will start at each individuals level and progressively increase in weight with each individuals abilities.
Medical Research has proven that progressive resistance weight training improves muscle strength, balance, and flexibility as well as being an effective means of preserving bone density.

Classes are held at Leeds Street Sports Centre. 10 Leeds Street, Doncaster East 3109
Mondays- 9:30am - 10:45am, 11:00am - 12:15pm
Fridays- 9:30am - 10:45am, 11:00am - 12:15pm
